At Olige, our CNC machining allows for the rotation of the workpiece on an additional axis, enabling more complex features, such as angled holes, slots, and cylindrical surfaces. This reduces the need for multiple setups, improving efficiency and precision.
- Maximum Part Dimensions: Up to 1000 mm x 500 mm x 400 mm (approx. 39.4 in x 19.7 in x 15.7 in) for CNC milling.
- Maximum Turning Diameter: Up to 300 mm (approx. 11.8 in) for CNC turning.
- Length for CNC Turning: Up to 500 mm (approx. 19.7 in).
- Wire EDM Machining: Capable of cutting intricate shapes with a maximum thickness of 200 mm (approx. 7.9 in).
- Standard Tolerances: ±0.05 mm (approx. ±0.002 in).
- Tight Tolerances: Up to ±0.005 mm (approx. ±0.0002 in), depending on the complexity of the part and material type.
- Custom Tolerances: Available upon request, based on specific project needs.
- CNC Milling: 0.5 mm (approx. 0.02 in), depending on material and geometry.
- CNC Turning: Features as small as 0.3 mm (approx. 0.012 in).
- Wire EDM: Capable of cutting sharp internal corners and features down to 0.1 mm (approx. 0.004 in).
We can adapt to any standard thread size and customized threads. The maximum processing depth of the hole can reach 350mm; Minimum thread size 0.5mm.
Deburring by default, chamfering according to your requirements.
- As-Milled: Standard surface finish with visible tool marks, typically Ra 3.2 µm, The minimum can be Ra 0.2um
- Bead Blasting: Creates a uniform, matte finish on metal surfaces.

- Large Production Runs: Lead time varies based on volume, but we work closely with clients to ensure on-time delivery for every project.
- The lead time depends on the customer’s requirements. For Urgent cases can be given more priority, based on customer needs.
